Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Union organizations that, in accordance with the provisions of the sixth and seventh articles of Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, on Freedom of Association, have, on the date that the deadline for submitting applications ends, are considered the most representative union at the state level or those that, within the aforementioned period, have the capacity to participate in collective bargaining at the state level of private education companies supported wholly or partially with public funds. Union representatives paid by union organizations with the aid referred to in this Resolution must meet the following requirements: a) Comply with the conditions established in articles one.2 and third.1 of Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, to join union organizations. b) Hold an elective position or perform union functions at the provincial or higher level in the union organization, related to the private education sector supported in whole or in part with public funds. c) Not receive any remuneration charged to the delegated payroll referred to in article 34 of Royal Decree 2377/1985, of December 18, which approves the regulation of basic standards on educational concerts. Second. Object: The object of the call is the granting of aid under a competitive competition regime to Union Organizations with the capacity to negotiate at the state and functional level of Education supported in whole or in part with public funds on matters that correspond to the State Administration, which allow them to maintain union representatives with exclusive dedication to said negotiation. Third. Regulatory Bases: Order ECI/1305/2005, of April 20, (BOE of May 12), of regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies under a competitive competition regime. Room. Amount: The aid subject to this Resolution will be financed from budget applications 18.08.322A.489.08 and 18.08.322B.489.08 for respective maximum amounts of 369,938.00 and 120,862.00 euros, with a total of 490,800.00. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications: The submission of applications will be made within a period of fifteen calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the "Official State Gazette". Sixth. Other information: Trade union organizations that meet the requirements set out in this call will submit a single application, which will be accompanied by the following documentation: a) Card with the tax identification number of the requesting union. b) Certificate of the agreement of the competent body of the union organization by which it is agreed to request the aid. c) Declaration signed by the Secretary General or equivalent managerial position by which he undertakes to return, within a period of 15 days, all or part of the aid received, when required by the Administration due to lack of justification or insufficient justification of the amounts granted, once the deadline established in section Twelfth.2 of this call has expired. d) Responsible declaration of the aid or subsidies for the same purpose granted during the year 2023 and those requested during the current year, convened by other Ministerial Departments, or coming from any other public Administration, or public or private entity.
