First. Call. Aid is called for the year 2024, on a non-competitive basis, to promote aquaculture activities in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, through compensation for the loss of profits incurred by the persons or entities requesting it as a result of the use of farming methods compatible with specific environmental needs and subject to specific management requirements derived from the designation of Natura 2000 Zones in accordance with the Directives. 92/43/EEC and 2009/147/EC, specifically for aquaculture carried out in wetlands that favors the conservation of the biodiversity of aquatic birds, provided for in the Order of August 19, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid, on a non-competitive basis, for interventions that contribute to the provision of environmental services by aquaculture, within the framework of the Program. Entities that benefit from aid for interventions that contribute to the provision of environmental services by aquaculture within the framework of the Operational Program of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund 2021-2027 may be entities that meet the requirements established in article 3 of the Order of August 19, 2024. Third. Object. Under the specific objective 2.1 of the Program for Spain of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund regulated in article 26.1.a) of the FEMPA Regulation, the purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases for the granting of aid, on a non-competitive basis, aimed at promoting aquaculture activities within the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, through compensation for the loss of profits incurred by the persons or entities requesting the same as a consequence of the use of cultivation methods compatible with specific environmental needs and subject to specific management requirements derived from the designation of Natura 2000 Zones in accordance with Directives 92/43/EEC and 2009/147/EC, specifically for aquaculture carried out in wetlands that favors the conservation of the biodiversity of aquatic birds. Room. Financing, intensity and applicable regime. 1.The aid regulated in this order is compatible with the receipt of other aid, income or resources for the same purpose, from other Public Administrations, or from other public or private entities, national or international, provided that the sum of all of them does not exceed the maximum intensity of aid in accordance with the provisions of Article 41 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1139, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of July 7, 2021. 2.The intensity The maximum amount of aid will be 100% of the lost profits. 3. The aid regulated in this order is co-financed by the European Union, through the European Maritime Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, and by the Administration of the Government of Andalusia, by 70% and 30%, respectively. 4.
