CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF GRANTS TO ASSOCIATE ENTITIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ONTINYENT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD LEVEL

Official description of the call
In accordance with what is provided for the arts. 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base. First. Beneficiaries. Associative entities of the municipality of Ontinyent at the neighborhood level, which meet the requirements established in point 4 of the call, may apply for these subsidies. Second. Object. The purpose of the call is the granting of subsidies, intended for the activities to be carried out in the 2023-2024 season or for the year 2024 depending on what is applicable to each applicant entity. Third. Regulatory bases. The ordinance of the regulatory bases for subsidies to the associative entities of the municipality of Ontinyent at the neighborhood level, has been published in its entirety to BOPV No. 190 of October 1, 2024, pending its entry into force. Room. Financing. The granting of the subsidies provided for in this call will be financed from budget application no. 51200 33403 48000 – NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION SUBSIDIES of the 2024 municipal budget, which is endowed with an amount of 8,000.00 euros. Fifth. Presentation deadline. The deadline to submit applications will be from the publication of the extract of the call to the BOPV until November 12, 2024.
