Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index): First. Beneficiaries. Town councils in the province of Valladolid with less than 400 inhabitants. Second. Object. Promote the creation of stores in municipalities with less than 400 inhabitants. In this way, it would be possible to create and maintain employment through the commercialization of local products, improve the service provided to the community and tourists, and support the settlement of the rural population. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. ? Total amount: 40,000 euros. ? Maximum individual amount: 10,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. November 4, 2024, included. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible expenses: the investment expenses necessary to carry out the construction, renovation and/or expansion of the premises. The expenses of drafting a technical project or assessed report, nor the expenses derived from the voluntary management of the works, are not eligible. - Eligible period: Investment expenses made from January 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025 will be admitted. - Compatibility: yes. - Applications: through the usual channels - Documentation: assessed report or technical project, certificate from the Secretary stating that the premises are property of the City Council, and application for integration into the Minimum Rural Commerce program. - Assessment criteria: preference will be given for the granting of subsidies to Town Councils with smaller populations, until available funds are exhausted. - Payment method: advance payment to be justified, without guarantee. - Form of justification: by presenting the documentation provided for in the twentieth of the call. - Maximum justification period: one month from the completion of the works.
