Official description of the call
First. Call for applications Subsidies are called for the financial year 2024 for expenses derived from exercising the purchase option for rental-purchase homes in the municipal housing stock of the Municipal Company Suelo y Vivienda de Lucena, S.A. (Suvilusa). Second. Budget Credits The economic obligations arising from the execution of this Call will be charged to budgetary application 48026 1523 272 of the current Municipal Budget, with the maximum total amount of subsidies called for this year being 1,441.75 euros. Third. Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of the aid called here is to finance the exercise of the right to purchase options for homes that are already rented with an option to purchase in the Suvilusa municipal housing stock. This is, therefore, aid for citizens who have exercised the option to purchase said homes within the period between December 1, 2023 and November 30, 2024 and who find it difficult to meet the expenses derived from it such as notary, registry and management. Fourth.- Requirements to apply for the subsidy and how to accredit them. Only natural persons who exercise the option to purchase rent-to-purchase homes in the Municipal Housing Park will be eligible for the status of beneficiaries of the aid. These requirements will be accredited by providing the documentation indicated in the fifth section of the call. Fifth.- Regulatory Bases. This Call is governed by the General Ordinance Regulating the Bases for granting subsidies of this City Council (published in the BOP Córdoba No. 78, of April 23, 2024), hereinafter, the Municipal Ordinance, applying to what is not provided for in them by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, its Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, the Budget Execution Bases of the Lucena City Council for the year 2024 and Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, without prejudice to other provisions that by their nature are applicable. Sixth.- Criteria for evaluating applications and amount to be granted. The aid will be granted to applicants who meet the requirements, in strict order of presentation of the applications until the available budgetary credit is exhausted, according to the following amounts: 1.- For those people who have been granted by the Lucena City Council subsidies from the Municipal Housing Plan for rental assistance, the amount to be granted will be equivalent to the percentage of subsidy that has corresponded to the rent in application of the aforementioned Plan on the expenses incurred, with a minimum of €350 and without exceeding in any case the total eligible expenses. The amounts granted for rental assistance thus take as a reference the previously assessed vulnerability situation of the families. 2.- For those people who have not been granted subsidies by the Lucena City Council from the Municipal Housing Plan for rental assistance, the subsidy will amount to €350. In the event that the correction of the initial request is required, the order of the entry registration will correspond to the date on which said correction is correctly attended to. Seventh.- Application submission deadline. The application submission period will open the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province and will remain open until November 30, 2024.
