Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Beneficiaries will be the parents of those born and/or adopted who meet the following requirements on the date of the application: That no more than 6 months have passed since the date of birth and/or adoption. That all members of the family unit (including the boy and/or girl) are registered and effectively reside in the municipality of Massanassa, and at least one of the parents, with a seniority on the register of 12 months. Have Spanish nationality or legal residence in Spain. In the case of adoption, the age limit of the boy and/or girl will be 10 years. Not having been a beneficiary of this aid due to the birth and/or adoption of the same boy and/or girl in any previous call. In the event of non-coexistence of the parents, the parent who has custody of the minor may be the beneficiary and in the event of shared custody, one of the parents must expressly renounce the request for aid for the benefit of the other. Under no circumstances may parents deprived of parental authority over their children, or whose guardianship has been assumed by a public institution, be beneficiaries. Second. Object. Aid for the birth and/or legal adoption of minors up to 10 years old, which occur in the municipality of Massanassa, as well as the promotion and revitalization of local commerce through this aid. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Massanassa City Council, approved on January 11, 2021 and published in the BOP of Valencia on January 21, 2021. Fourth. Amount. The credit assigned to this call is 30,000 Euros, charged to the application of expenses 23201-480 AID TO PROMOTE BIRTH AND/OR ADOPTION of the budget of the Massanassa City Council for the financial year 2025, conditioned, in any case, to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in said financial year. The concession regime will be competitive competition in its open call modality, as established in article 59 of RD 887/2006, Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies, and the carrying out of 4 successive resolution procedures is contemplated for the applications presented in the following calendar quarters, and with the following breakdown of credits: Resolution period Applications presented in: Maximum resolution period: Assigned Credit First Fourth quarter 2024 March 31, 2025 12,000 Euros Second First quarter 2025 June 30, 2025 8,000 Euros Third Second quarter 2025 September 30, 2025 6,000 Euros Fourth Third quarter 2025 December 15, 2025 4,000 Euros When requests or requests have not been resolved in a period When the resolution issued does not exhaust the maximum amount of credit to be granted established, and unless the resolution expressly establishes otherwise, the amount not applied in said period will be automatically transferred to the subsequent resolution that falls, always within the maximum amount assigned to the call. The individual amount of this aid will be €400 per child born or adopted. When both parents are unemployed without receiving any type of benefit or subsidy, the amount will amount to €700 per child born or adopted. The aid will consist of the delivery of a card with which they can make purchases at businesses participating in the program until the allocated amount is exhausted. The card will have a maximum duration of 1 YEAR from the date of issue. After the established period, it will be understood that the beneficiary renounces the aid granted. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will generally be from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP until September 30, 2025. Given that successive concessions have been established on a quarterly basis, all applications submitted in each of the resolution periods specified in the fourth section will be processed and resolved jointly. The submission of the application must be made in all cases within a period of 6 months from the date of birth and/or adoption of the girl or boy. The application and documentation must be submitted to the General Registry of this City Council, electronically or by any of the means indicated.
