Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The following entities can participate in the call for subsidies from the program that is the subject of these bases: Non-profit sports entities of the municipality of Santa Cristina d'Aro, which are duly registered in the registry of municipal entities. To obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, applicants must meet the general requirements and conditions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. However, the entity that in the previous year has been a beneficiary of a subsidy in this specialty and has not justified or expressly waived it within the established period, will be excluded. Purpose This call aims to structure and establish the criteria and procedure for the granting of subsidies from the Sports Area of the Santa Cristina d'Aro City Council for the financing of the action to promote and encourage physical activity and sport in the municipality, in accordance with the criteria defined in this call. In no case will the following be eligible expenses: - Interest owed on bank accounts - Interest, surcharges and administrative and criminal sanctions - Expenses of judicial procedures - Activities or friendly matches - Internal club activities - Expenses for alcoholic beverages that are not directly related to the activity to be subsidized. - Indirect taxes, such as VAT, if these are recoverable - Expenses allocated to investments. Third. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the specific regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the organization of unique sporting events in Santa Cristina de Aro, in accordance with the financing of the action to promote and encourage physical activity and sport in the municipality, year 2024, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 155 dated August 12, 2024, and on the notice board of the City Council.
