Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries Athletes who meet the following requirements may obtain beneficiary status: · Be registered in the Municipality of Santa Cruz de Bezana for a minimum of two years. · Sports Level: Proof of participation in official regional, national or international competitions. · Sports Results: Having obtained a minimum score of 3 on the established sports scale. To participate in the call, it is also required: - To have duly justified subsidies or financial aid granted and received prior to the corresponding call. - Not being subject to any of the causes of prohibition to acquire the status of beneficiary indicated in article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies. Second.- Purpose The object and purpose of these rules is to regulate the system for granting subsidies by the Santa Cruz de Bezana City Council to support and promote sports practice at an individual level by granting subsidies to local athletes who meet the requirements established in these rules and the corresponding call. Expenses corresponding to activities carried out (travel to competitions, sports clothing, technical training courses, everything related to your sport) in the year prior to the corresponding call will be eligible for subsidies. In no case may the cost of acquiring goods and services be higher than the normal market value of said goods and services. The City Council reserves the right to verify the adequacy of the price of expenses that are justified with the normal market prices of similar goods and services.
