Official description of the call
In accordance with the Strategic Plan approved by decree in this City Council on December 15, 2023. In accordance with the specific Bases that must govern the granting of subsidies for the hiring of personnel intended to facilitate the participation and inclusion of boys and girls and young people in school cafeteria, extracurricular and summer camp activities, approved by the Plenary Session of the Castelldefels City Council on: 03/30/2023, are those published in the BOPB dated: 06/21/2023, URL: http://bop.diba.cat/anunci/3477237. I HAVE: First.- Approve the call for subsidies for the hiring of personnel aimed at facilitating the participation and inclusion of boys and girls in school cafeteria activities (2024-2025 academic year) and in extracurricular activities (1st quarter of the 2024-2025 academic year), and under a non-competitive competition regime for Line 1 and under a competitive competition regime for Line 2, subject to the basic determinations indicated in the annex. Second.- Approve the authorization of expenditure for a maximum amount of 146,999.30 EUR, charged to the budget application: 92/2310/48902/AREA16, Subsidies Agreements; project: DESP_SSO_0074, Inclusive support for NESE students, of the Municipal Budget for the year 2024. Third.- Send this call, along with an extract from it and reference to its regulatory bases, to the National Subsidies Database, so that it can be published, in accordance with the provisions of article 23 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Likewise, once the call is published in the BOP, disseminate it through all municipal media. CALL FOR THE 2024 ANNUAL SUBSIDIES FOR THE HIRING OF PERSONNEL AIMED AT FACILITATING THE PARTICIPATION AND INCLUSION OF BOYS AND GIRLS IN SCHOOL DINING AND EXTRA-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES a) Regulatory Bases The specific bases that govern the granting of subsidies by the Castelldefels City Council aimed at entities and companies for the hiring of personnel intended to facilitate The participation and inclusion of children and young people in school cafeteria and extracurricular activities in Castelldefels are those published in the BOPB dated: 06/21/2023, url: https://bop.diba.cat/anunci/3477237 b) Budgetary credits to which the subsidy is attributed and maximum total amount The maximum amount allocated amounts to €146,999.30, recorded in the following Budget Application 92/2310/48902/AREA16 Subsidies Agreements, project: DESP_SSO_0074 Inclusive support for NESE students, from the municipal budget for the year 2024 (A: 12024000129284). The budget credit will be distributed between the two subsidy lines established in the call: - Line 1 - School cafeteria service, 2024-2025 academic year. A maximum amount of €122,000.00 is established for the sum of all subsidies linked to this line. The maximum individual endowment for each school center will be €20,000.00, within the limit of the maximum amount allocated. - Line 2 - Extracurricular activities, 1st quarter of the 2024-2025 academic year. A maximum amount of €24,999.30 is established for the sum of all subsidies linked to this line. The maximum individual endowment for each school center will be €2,499.93, which may be variable between the selected entities depending on the evaluation of the projects carried out by the qualifying commission and within the limit of the maximum amount allocated. As a general rule, subsidies may not exceed 50% of the cost of the project to which it is applied. However, up to 100% municipal contribution may be reached when: - The beneficiary entity certifies that any of the monitors hired for the school or extracurricular dining service have training linked to inclusion/diversity. c) Purpose These subsidies aim to promote the inclusion and attention to the diversity of boys and girls with disabilities or functional diversity in the activities carried out in the non-school periods, in the infant and primary cycles and in the schools of the municipality of Castelldefels. Two subsidy lines are established depending on the service/activity to be carried out: Line 1 - School cafeteria service: Specifically, the contract will be subsidized.
