The full text of the call can be found at https://parcagrari.cat/ca/convocatories First.- Beneficiaries Natural or legal persons, as well as agricultural cooperatives and other non-profit agricultural entities, that have been granted the use of the brand "Producte Fresc del Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat" may be beneficiaries of these subsidies at the time of publication of the Rules and that must carry out the activity that bases its granting as long as they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of the LGS, and meet the status of Active Farmer (meets the conditions established in Chapter I of Title II of RD 1048/2022). An Active Farmer (AA) is any natural person (PF) or legal entity (PJ), or groups of natural or legal persons who meet in the first instance the definition of Farmer, that is: - Owns an agricultural holding - Exercises an agricultural activity - Assumes the business risk of the agricultural activity carried out They will be considered AA when they meet at least one of the following two conditions: - Be affiliated with the agricultural social security on their own account, or as self-employed for the exercise of the activity. agricultural or - 25% or more of your total income must be agricultural income (from the exercise of agricultural activity + AD + EAFRD-SIGC + equivalent national aid + Insurance) from the most recent tax period. - PF: agricultural income is collected as total income in the section on income from agricultural, livestock and forestry activities, in an objective or direct estimate of your personal income tax for the most recent period. - PJ and PF groups: agricultural income received during the most recent period, declared in the DUN. - For entities without legal personality, it is enough for one of the members to comply. - Agri-food Cooperatives automatically meet this requirement. Second. - Object and purpose of the subsidies The purpose of this call is to regulate and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting, payment and justification of the subsidies granted by the Consortium, intended to promote the Producte Fresc del Parque Agrario del Baix Llobregat (hereinafter, Producte Fresc del PABLL), for producers authorized to use the Producte Fresc del PABLL logo. The objectives of the project "Can Comas – Innovative and sustainable agrotourism project in the Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat" are considered of interest to the CPABLL in order to advance the measures included in objective 5.2. of the management plan. The project will also allow progress on measure 2.3.3. of "Create and promote the Producte Fresc PABLL identification to prestige and disseminate the products of the Agrarian Park." With this line of subsidies, the aim is to promote those actions that allow the agricultural farms linked to the project to be adapted to the care and improvement of the experience for visitors and the promotion of the PABLL Fresh Product. A tourist visit is a great tool to bring the general public closer to the world of the farmer, to get to know the territory and to rediscover the products of the Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat. Opening farm gates helps promote confidence and knowledge about agricultural production. It is also a unique opportunity to publicize the different ways of working and the different products found within the Producte Fresc PABLL logo. And, even more, a person who visits us is, without a doubt, a potential client. It is for this reason that three lines of aid have been established, called Impulse, to promote projects/activity that have the following purpose: IMPULSE 1: Improvement in the infrastructure of agricultural farms for carrying out leisure and educational activities that focus on space, agricultural values and the PABLL Fresh Product, including the improvement of services, arable spaces and the landscape to be able to welcome visitors to the farm itself or to the headquarters in the case. of cooperatives or agricultural associations.
