Extract from the call for social subsidies to help people with dependency for the year 2024 through the competitive competition procedure. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Beneficiaries People registered in the municipality of Campllong who have a recognized degree of dependency in application of the scales for assessing degrees and, where appropriate, levels of dependency (BVD), can apply for this subsidy, in accordance with Law 39/2006, of December 14, on the promotion of personal autonomy and care for people in a situation of dependency and Royal Decree 174/2011, of February 11, approving the scale for assessing the dependency situation established in the aforementioned law, and who do not receive income exceeding €20,000/year gross. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to help people with serious dependencies in their own social and usual family environment. Third. Regulatory bases Plenary agreement of October 6, 2022 and published in the BOP of Gerona number 197 of October 14, 2022. Fourth. Amount The budget application against which the subsidy is allocated is 231.48002, with the maximum total amount of the subsidies called being twenty-five thousand euros (25,000.00.-euros). Fifth. Application submission deadline Applications must be formulated according to the model and with the complementary documentation that they mention within the period that runs from November 4 to 15, 2024
