Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b. and 20.8 a. of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the aid intended for the promotion of groups of local entities for the common support of a single intervention secretariat position is published, corresponding to the call whose full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias) and in the present DOE. First. Call. Aid is called for the promotion of groups of local entities for the common support of a single secretariat-intervention position for 2024. Second. Object. Aid under a competitive competition regime for the promotion of groups of local entities for the common support of a single intervention secretariat position, in accordance with the regulatory bases approved by Decree 50/2017, of April 18 (DOE no. 78, of April 25). Third. Beneficiary entities. 1. The following may apply for the subsidies regulated in this resolution: a) Groups of local entities formed for the common maintenance of a single secretariat-intervention position. b) Local entities that are in the process of constituting a group for the common maintenance of a single secretariat-intervention position, which have had their statutes approved by the respective plenary sessions, and have sent the corresponding file to the General Directorate of Local Administration of the Government of Extremadura, before the date on which the application submission period ends. 2. The applicant local entities must meet the requirements provided for in point 2 of article 3 of Decree 50/2017, of April 18, and not be in the circumstances provided for in point 3 of article 3 of the same legal text. Likewise, they must be up to date with compliance with their tax obligations with the Regional Treasury, the State and Social Security, before the proposed resolution granting the subsidy is issued and prior to payment. Room. Regulatory bases. Decree 50/2017, of April 18, which regulates aid for the promotion of groups of local entities for the common support of the secretariat and intervention position, published in DOE No. 78, of April 25. Fifth. Amount. The credit to cover this aid amounts to one hundred and fifty thousand euros (150,000 euros), financed by budget application 220060000 G/115B/46000 CAG0000001 20040163 of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2024. The amount of aid granted to local entities grouped may not exceed 75 percent of the total cost of maintaining the grouped job. These aids will be compatible with any others that could be obtained for the same purpose, provided that the sum of all of them does not exceed the amount of the total cost of the grouped job that is the object of the subsidy. The amount of aid to be granted by the Government of Extremadura to each local entity, by virtue of the previous proration, represents 50% of the total amount to be financed and granted under the collaboration agreement signed with the Provincial Councils. The remaining 50% will be financed and granted by the Provincial Council, from its budget, in whose province the beneficiary local entity is located. Sixth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be submitted within 15 business days from the day following the publication of the resolution and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
