Official description of the call
First: beneficiaries To be a beneficiary of the aid regulated in these bases, the following requirements must be met: 1st. Undertake, during the 2024/2025 academic year, any of the following courses: University studies, including postgraduate studies. Intermediate and/or higher level Vocational Training, Basic Vocational Training, as well as Basic Qualification Training Programs as long as they are modalities not offered in Fuentes de Ebro, in public, subsidized and/or private centers, which have the corresponding approval from the Department of Education, Science and Universities of the Government of Aragon Professional or higher artistic and/or musical education. Special regime sports teachings. 2nd. Have an age between 16 years and 26 years or, if applicable, meet them by the deadline of December 31, 2024. 3rd. That all members of the family unit to which the applicant belongs are registered in Quinto at least three months before counting from the date of publication of the present bases in the Official Gazette of the Province. 4th. Be up to date with tax obligations with the Quinto City Council, the Tax Agency and Social Security. In the event that the student is a minor, this requirement must be met by the parents or legal guardians who are part of their family unit. 5th. Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 6th. Not incur any of the causes of exclusion or incompatibility to be a beneficiary of subsidies established in article 10 of the Regulations for the development of the General Law of Subsidies. 7th. Not be beneficiaries of the subsidies that, for the same concept and purpose, are granted by the Government of Aragon in terms of mobility scholarships on university campuses in Aragon for the 2024-2025 academic year. Second: purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to grant public aid on a free-competition basis to those students who are enrolled in the 2024-2025 academic year in university studies, higher-level and/or intermediate-level training cycles, as well as Basic Qualification Training Programs as long as they are modalities not offered in Fuentes de Ebro, professional or higher artistic and/or musical education and special-regime sports education, which must travel daily from Quinto to one of the university or higher education centers within the Autonomous Community of Aragón. Third: regulatory bases Bases approved by the Plenary Session of the Quinto City Council in its session on October 29, 2024. Fourth: amount The total planned credit is in the amount of €4,000.00, which will be charged to budget application 2024.2311.48100. The recognition, settlement of the obligation, as well as its payment will be carried out/imputed to the current budget year. The maximum amount to be awarded to each beneficiary of the subsidy may not exceed €300.00, and must be justified with bus or train tickets dated between September 1, 2024 and December 20, 2024. Tickets for the same school year dated January 1 to the end of the course will be the subject of the 2025 call. In accordance with Article 16.5 of RDL 2/2023 of May 3 which approves the Consolidated Text of the Aragon Subsidies Law, if applications exceed the maximum global amount allocated for these subsidies, it will be prorated among all applicants who meet the established requirements. These aids will be compatible with any other public aid that they could obtain for the same purpose as well as with annual aid of a direct nature or, registered nominatively in the budget of the Quinto City Council, in the fiscal year 2024. These aids are expressly incompatible with those annually convened by the Government of Aragon, through mobility scholarships on university campuses in Aragon.
