RULES AND CALL FOR AID AND SUBSIDIES AIMED FOR COLLABORATION WITH EDUCATIONAL GROUPS THAT HAVE THE OBJECTIVE OF THE RESEARCH, RECOVERY AND DISSEMINATION OF THE HISTORICAL-EDUCATIONAL HERITAGE 2024

Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By mayoral resolution of November 6, 2024, the call and specific bases for the aforementioned call have been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. OBJECT: The purpose of these rules is to regulate the conditions for the granting of subsidies for collaboration with pedagogical groups whose objective is the research, recovery and dissemination of historical-educational heritage; charged to budget item 3340.489.11 endowed with €3,000, planned for Fiscal Year 2024 in the Municipal Budget. This subsidy is included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2024 of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, within Strategic line number 5 “Global Education”, whose objective is to collaborate with research associations and recovery of historical educational heritage. SECOND. BENEFICIARIES/REQUIREMENTS: Museum associations of historical educational centers may request and be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these bases as long as they meet the following requirements: • Be an educational-museum association of a historical center recognized as such by the JCCM, according to Order of 06/09/2014. • The activity to be subsidized must have as its final recipient the students of the historical educational center, their families and the social environment interested in its heritage. • Be up to date, if you have previously received subsidies from the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, in compliance with the obligations contracted by such concession, as well as in the reimbursement of subsidies, if applicable. • Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, as provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The above requirements must be met on the last day of the application submission period and maintained until the subsidy awarded is justified. THIRD. AMOUNT AND BUDGET ITEM For the financing of this call, there is a maximum budget of three thousand euros (€3,000). The maximum amount to be awarded is €3000. Charged to budget item 3340.489.11 endowed with €3,000, planned for Fiscal Year 2024 in the Municipal Budget. FOURTH. PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS A. PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION This call will be published in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), as well as an extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara and on the notice board of the City Council. Likewise, it will be published on the Azuqueca de Henares City Council website www.azuqueca.es The deadline for submitting applications, as well as the documentation that must accompany it, is 10 business days counting from the day after the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara. B. PLACE OF SUBMISSION The applications, together with the documentation that must accompany them, will be submitted through the General Registry of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council. Likewise, they may be presented in the other registries indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
