Official description of the call
First: Beneficiaries. The non-Olympic and non-Paralympic FFDDEE that are not included in the current sports programs of the Paris 2024 Olympics and JJPP and the Milan-Cortina d'Ampezzo 2026 Winter Olympics will be beneficiaries of the aid, and that have not previously been beneficiaries of any strategic plan through the Resolution of the CSD presidency, by which Spanish athletes and teams are classified in the Programs. TEAM ESPAÑA ELITE Sports of the Spanish Sports Federations for the year 2024 and that have a specialty included in the latest Resolution published approving the catalog of sports modalities, specialties and events financeable in the calls for subsidies from the Higher Sports Council. Second: Purpose of the call. The purpose of this call is to allocate aid to non-Olympic and non-Paralympic FFDDEE to optimize the preparation and performance of athletes and national teams, in the expenses inherent to concentrations and preparation activities in international competitions. Third: Regulatory Bases. The granting of subsidies in this Call will be governed by the Call Resolution and by the General Law of Subsidies and its Regulations. The regulatory bases for this call are found in Order ECD/2681/2012, of December 12, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies and aid by the CSD, available at: https://www.boe.es/boe/dias/2012/12/15/pdfs/BOE-A-2012-15180.pdf. Fourth: Amount. The maximum amount attributable to the subsidy will be €1,500,000.00, charged to budget credit 18.101.336A.483.22, “Aid for activities to non-Olympic and non-Paralympic Spanish sports federations”, of the Higher Sports Council, fiscal year 2024. Fifth. Deadline and application procedure. Applications must be submitted within 5 business days, counted from the day following the publication in the BOE of the extract of the calling Resolution. Applications must be submitted electronically through the Electronic Headquarters of the Higher Sports Council, accessible at the electronic address: https://sede.csd.gob.es (procedure no. 051210). Applications must be signed using an advanced electronic signature, in accordance with the provisions on electronic signature in Law 39/2015. Sixth. Other administrative and procedural data. The instructing body of the procedure is the General Directorate of Sports, in accordance with the provisions of article 8.4b) of Royal Decree 460/2015, of June 5, which approves the CSD Statute. The financial allocation will be fixed and the payment of the subsidies granted will be made from the date of their acceptance by the beneficiary and their payment will be made in a single payment and in advance of carrying out the subsidized activity and without requiring a guarantee. The justification of the subsidies by the beneficiaries will be carried out by means of a supporting account presented in accordance with the provisions of the call and the Fourteenth Base, point 3, of Order ECD/2681/2012, of December 12, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies and aid by the CSD, and with the provisions of the CSD Budgeting and Justification Guide. The justification will be presented before March 31, 2025.
