Official description of the call
BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the order is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. Subsidies for the incorporation of working or work partners included in the RETA, to defray the cost of Social Security contributions. Second. Beneficiaries. Companies and cooperatives of Program I, whose work partners or worker partners fall under the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of Social Security, may be beneficiaries of Program III. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 123/2024 of 24/2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the promotion and consolidation of employment in the social economy in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and approves the first call for aid from programs I, II, III and IV for the period 2024-2025. Room. Financing and subsidy amounts. The total volume of credit for Program III for the years 2024 and 2025, charged to the following budget code, is detailed below: — 20050386 “Promotion of Employment in the field of the Social Economy”, financed by Own Funds of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for an amount of 100,000.00 euros, of which 20,000.00 euros correspond to the year 2024 and the rest, that is, 80,000.00 euros, correspond to the year 2025, budget application 140130000/G/242A/47000/CAG0000001/20050386. 1. A subsidy of 1,920.00 euros is established when the working members or working members who join the RETA are: a) Unemployed women who have joined the RETA, within a period of one year from the date of birth of the son or daughter, or adoption, foster care or custody for the purposes of adoption, in accordance with article 45. 1 d) of Legislative RD 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the Workers' Statute. b) When it comes to unemployed people under 36 years of age. References made to unemployed people will not apply when it involves a transformation of a temporary contract in the same company. 2. A subsidy of 960.00 euros, in the cases in which the working members or working members who have joined the RETA do not fall into any of the previous sections. Fifth. Application submission deadline. For Program III, in the period of validity of the call, the subsidy must be requested from the date of registration or variation of data, during the month in which the registration or variation of data occurs in Social Security of the members or contracted workers whose positions are subsidized, and the five calendar months following that in which such registration or variation occurs. The call is valid for one year and begins the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, together with this extract, provided for in article 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Sixth. Other data.
