Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Associations, foundations, federations and/or non-profit entities of a social and/or cultural nature whose purposes are cultural promotion and/or the promotion and integration of certain groups such as women, youth or people with disabilities using cultural and recreational activities as a means, which are legally constituted, may be considered beneficiary entities. Second. Requirements: Entities requesting the subsidy will have to meet the following requirements: a) Be registered in the official records of the Junta de Andalucía and/or the General Administration of the State and be non-profit. b) Be up to date with compliance with your tax and Social Security obligations, as provided in current legislation. c) Not be a debtor for any reason to the municipal Treasury. d) Not be subject to any cause of prohibition to be considered a beneficiary of subsidies, as provided in art. 13 of the LGS. Third. Eligible Expenses: The aid will be intended to: Cover the expenses incurred by the beneficiary entity to carry out the subsidized project. Maintenance expenses of the beneficiary entity Non-inventory equipment (not exceeding €300) necessary for the operation of the entity. Room. Budget credit and item: The maximum credit for financing the aid called will be €7,500.00 charged to item 432,480.00. Fifth.
