Extract from the advance call for subsidies for entities and associations of popular and traditional Catalan culture in the Girona regions, within the framework of the educational program "Identities, roots and traditions", of the Diputació de Girona - academic year 2025-2026 First. Description of the call Resolution of November 5, 2024, of the Governing Board, approving the early call for subsidies for entities and associations of popular and traditional Catalan culture in the Girona regions, within the framework of the educational program "Identities, roots and traditions", of the Diputació de Girona - academic year 2025-2026. Second. Beneficiaries Catalan popular and traditional culture entities and associations located in the Girona regions may apply for the grants covered by these rules. Each entity or association of popular and traditional Catalan culture must have individualized pedagogical proposals for one or more educational levels. The Girona Provincial Council must select the proposals presented taking into account the criteria detailed in article 6 of these bases. To obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, applicants must meet the general requirements and conditions established in article 13 of the LGS. Third. Object Subsidies to entities and associations of popular and traditional Catalan culture in the Girona regions, within the framework of the educational program "Identities, roots and traditions", of the Provincial Council of Girona - academic year 2025-2026. Room. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to the entities and associations of popular and traditional Catalan culture in the Girona regions, within the framework of the educational program "Identities, roots and traditions", of the Provincial Council of Girona, approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council of Girona on October 17, 2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (BOPG) no. 205, of October 24, 2023. Fifth. Amount The total amount allocated to the call is €30,000.00. The budget applications to which the budget credit is charged and the amounts are detailed below: Annuity Budget application Amount (€) 2025 300/33400/4810100 - Aid to non-profit entities Identities Program 1,000.00 2026 300/33400/4810100 - Aid to entities non-profit Identities Program 29,000.00 Total 30,000.00 Also linked to this call, for the years 2025 and 2026, is the application 300/33400/4790100, with an estimated expense that is initially zero. The distribution of these amounts is estimated and may be redistributed between previous budget applications in the same act of granting the subsidies. In order to meet a greater number of subsidy applications or to grant a greater amount of subsidies, this credit may be expanded with an additional amount of a maximum of €25,000.00, derived from a supplement to the budget application. The effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the corresponding declaration of credit availability prior to the resolution of the subsidies and the approval of the increase in the call. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications begins the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG and ends on January 31, 2025. Applications must be formulated using the standardized model available on the Diputació de Girona website, accompanied by the documentation established in article 7 of the regulatory bases. The applications, duly completed and digitally signed by the interested person or by whoever legally represents the entity, will be submitted through the Girona Provincial Council subsidy platform within the period established in the call. The electronic signature systems accepted by the Provincial Council of Girona specified in the electronic headquarters may be used. Seventh. Appeal regime Against the call, which puts an end to the administrative procedure, a contentious-administrative appeal can be filed before the Contentious Administrative Court of Girona, within a period of two months from the day following its notification.
