Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The following people may be beneficiaries of this subsidy: - Children and young people, whose ages are included between 7 and 18 years, from Initiation in Music IV, and four elementary grade courses and six professional grade courses, in accordance with the current curriculum. - Students included in other age groups as long as they meet the requirement of completing the completed studies, that is, at least musical language, instrument and choral singing and instrumental ensemble when applicable. The beneficiaries must have enrolled in music education centers that are duly authorized and registered with the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia that are located in the municipality of Palafrugell. Those located in the municipality are understood to be those that actually teach classes within the municipal area. Second. Object. The object of the call is the granting of subsidies for students of musical education in centers in the municipality of Palafrugell for the 2024-2025 academic year. Third. The maximum amount of subsidies to be awarded may not exceed the limit of the budgetary application enabled for this purpose in the municipal budget, which is stipulated for the 2024-2025 academic year at 40,000 euros. The expense caused by these subsidies is charged to budget application 33.3200 48907. Fifth. Deadline to submit applications.
