Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. People enrolled in any of the official UCLM doctoral programs in the second year or later of academic supervision in the 2024/25 academic year and during the period of completion of the stay, and who meet the rest of the requirements of the call, may apply for these aids. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to grant 20 predoctoral stays within the Erasmus+ action KA131 program in the Short Doctoral Stays modality. The selected students will have the possibility of carrying out predoctoral stays at Universities and Research Centers in the countries indicated in base 5.3. of the full text of the call. The short-term mobility of UCLM doctoral students (from 5 to 30 days) aims to better meet the diverse learning and training needs of doctoral students. Doctoral students can participate in periods of short-term physical mobility to carry out studies or practical training abroad. It is recommended to add a virtual component to physical mobility. UCLM doctoral students may carry out several international mobility stays during the same academic year as long as they are not carried out simultaneously. The stays will take place between March 10, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The financial envelope of the aid and its conditions are subject to the contribution received from the financing entities (European Union, Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, Banco de Santander and UCLM). The concepts of the aid to be applied and their amounts, as well as the award criteria, can be consulted in the fourth base of the full text of the call. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the date of publication of the call until 2:00 p.m. on December 13, 2024.
