CALL 2024 for SUBSIDIES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION IN CASTILLA-LA MANCHA OF THE DIGITAL BOND ISSUANCE PROGRAM FOR COLLECT

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. They will be considered vulnerable for the exclusive purposes of this aid program, having the status of potential beneficiaries thereof -People who, at the time of publication of this call, have the status of recipient of the minimum vital income (MIV) recognized. People who, at the time of publication of this call, are beneficiaries of the Electricity Social Bonus, provided for in article 45 of Law 24/2013, of December 26, on the Sector Electric. Second. Object. The purpose of this resolution is to call for subsidies for the execution, in Castilla-La Mancha, of the digital bond issuance program for vulnerable groups, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union-Next Generation EU, for the period 2024-2025. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of these public aid were approved by Order 179/2024, of October 24, of the Ministry of Finance, Public Administrations and Digital Transformation, published in DOCM No. 209, of October 28, 2024. Fourth. Amount. The subsidy will have a maximum total annual amount of 240 euros for each beneficiary, to be distributed in twelve monthly installments, in such a way that a monthly reduction of 20 euros is applied to the invoice issued by the corresponding operator collaborating with the program. These subsidies will be financed with the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, established by Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of February 12, 2021, as it is included in the PRTR, in accordance with the territorialized distribution contained in Annex I of Royal Decree 989/2021, of November 16. Likewise, the aid object of this resolution has been previously notified to the European Commission by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, the code assigned to them being the following: SA.100138. The amount allocated to the call amounts to €1,103,040.00 euros, charged to the budget for the 2025 budget year of the Ministry of Finance, Public Administrations and Digital Transformation: The amount will be accounted for in the budget application: 15110000/521A/48000, PEP JCCM/MRR15I3023, being conditional on the existence of sufficient and adequate credit in the corresponding budget year. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications for digital bonds by collaborating operators will begin the day following the day on which the publication of this call takes place in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha and will end on December 13, 2024.
