AID FOR OBTAINING FGV CARDS IN 2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: First. Purpose: The purpose of the regulation provided for in this call is the granting of aid for obtaining annual transport tickets that allow the use of public rail transport provided by Ferrocarrills de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV). Second. Financing: The aid will be granted from item 231.10-480.03 of the Municipal Budget for 2025 up to a maximum amount of €114,000. Third. Regulatory bases: The Ordinance regulating said aid was initially approved by the Plenary Session of the Manises City Council on October 27, 2022 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) on November 2, 2022. The publication of the final approval of the ordinance was on December 19, 2022. Fourth. Amount: The amount of the individualized subsidy for each beneficiary will be the equivalent of the amount resulting from deducting from the amount of the card cost set by FGV the amount of €48 corresponding to title loading costs plus €2 corresponding to card issuance and/or activation costs, that is, a total of €50, which the beneficiary will pay prior to obtaining the card. Pensioners of a non-contributory pension or any other pension with an amount less than the annual amount of the non-contributory pension will only pay the cost of the card (€4) in new applications or the renewal cost (€2) if the same is carried out. Fifth. Beneficiaries: People who meet the following requirements will be considered beneficiaries of the subsidies referred to in this call: 1.- People aged 65 or over, holders of the 'Platinum Senior Card' of the Manises City Council, or people who have a recognized degree of disability of 64% or higher. 2.- Be registered in the municipality of Manises at the time of the application with a minimum of one year's experience in the Municipal Register and maintain this condition during the entire period of validity for which the FGV transport card is granted. The registration data will be verified ex officio by the City Council. 3.- Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of those indicated in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: Applications will be submitted from November 11 to December 5, 2024 at the Citizen Services Office (OAC) individually according to the model that the City Council will provide to interested parties, without prejudice to the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
