Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Self-employed persons in any sector of activity, except those dedicated to the primary production of fishing and aquaculture products and the primary production of agricultural products, who carry out the subsidized activities in an open work center within the geographical scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call, in accordance with the concession regime provided for in article 22 of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, is to support the self-employed in the Region of Murcia to facilitate access to bank financing through the Reciprocal Guarantee System of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia. Third. Regulatory Bases: Order of November 18, 2024 (BORM no. 272, 11/22/2024) of the Ministry of Business, Employment and Social Economy approving the regulatory bases of the support program for the self-employed in the Region of Murcia to facilitate access to bank financing through the guarantee system of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia. Room. Financing: The maximum available credit for this call is TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (200,000-€) charged to budget item 2024.1607.771A.74110. Fifth. Subsidy: Subsidy, as a subsidy for the cost of the guarantee established in the guarantee contracts signed between the beneficiary and the guarantor entity as of January 1, 2024, of 1.2% per year on the annual outstanding balance during the entire term of the guaranteed loan. The maximum amount of subsidy to be provided by the Development Institute to each beneficiary may not exceed 13,000 euros. Sixth. Submission and deadline: The aid application is available in the standardized forms provided at the address: www.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirecto and can be submitted from 9 a.m. the day after the publication of the extract of this call and until December 31, 2025.
