Extract from the resolution of the mayor's office of the Sant Jaume de Llierca City Council, dated November 21, 2024, by which aid is called for the entities and associations of the municipality for activities carried out during the years 2021 and 2022. Beneficiaries: The legal entities that have carried out the activity or activities that promote their concession, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, and meet the following conditions: Associations and legally constituted non-profit entities. Have the registered office in Sant Jaume de Llierca and this is stated in its statutes. 2. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to co-finance the activities carried out during the years 2021 and 2022 by entities and associations of the municipality of Sant Jaume de Llierca. The activities carried out must be considered projects/activities of public or social interest, in accordance with the provisions of the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the aforementioned years. 3. Regulatory bases: The subsidies provided for in this call are governed by the specific bases approved by the Local Government Board on October 26, 2023. The bases can be collected at the Secretary of the Sant Jaume de Llierca City Council (calle Àngela Brutau, 1), and consulted on the municipal website http://www.santjaumellierca.cat (Transparency Portal, theme “Contracts, agreements and subvencions”, section “Agreements and subsidies”, subsection “Calls for subsidies and adjustments”) and in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona no. 212, of November 6, 2023. 4. Amount and budget allocation: The amount of subsidies to be granted will depend on the maximum budget allocated in this call and the application of the assessment or individualization criteria that appear in the specific bases. The maximum budget that will be allocated for the granting of the subsidies subject to this call will be 9,000.00 euros, and will be charged to the budget application 1,334,480.11 “Subv. generals associacions”. 5. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona. 6. Other information: The processing is carried out under a competitive competition regime and the applications to attend this call will be formalized in the standard forms existing in the electronic headquarters of the City Council, section “Tràmits”, Subsidies: Subsidies to entities with competitive competition. The resolution will be notified to the interested parties by any of the means provided for in articles 42 and 43 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. Against the resolution, which will put an end to the administrative route, you can optionally file an appeal for reconsideration within a period of one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious Administrative Court of Girona, within a period of two months from the date of notification.
