Official description of the call
FIRST.- Object. The purpose of this aid is to stimulate the maintenance of commercial activity and open businesses in the affected area, mitigating the effects that the reduction in income may have had on merchants and hoteliers affected by urban regeneration in the area of La Nogalera in Torremolinos. SECOND.- Recipients May apply for aid: Those applicants who, meeting the requirements established in the following specific bases, have an establishment on one of the following streets or sections of streets may benefit from this aid: • C/ Emilio Esteban. • C/Antonio Girón. • C/ Cauce. The premises must have direct access from any of the streets or sections of street referred to, with an exterior façade and main entrance to the business. The premises must be viable for urban use and comply with the different regulations (accessibility, firefighting, etc.), having an opening license or responsible declaration in force. THIRD.- Amount of aid. The single subsidy amount: Premises up to 200 m²: 750 euros. Premises from 201 m² to 1000 m²: 1,000 euros. FOURTH.- Form of submission of applications and deadline. The presentation will be made electronically through a duly standardized application and accompanying the corresponding documentation through the electronic headquarters of the Torremolinos City Council (https://sede.torremolinos.es), all without prejudice to the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The standardized application model will be published on the municipal website. Only applications submitted in standardized forms and the annexes referring to the provision of documentation will be used. If the application or the documentation that must accompany it does not include the identification data, suffers from any error or is incomplete, the requesting entity will be required, in accordance with the provisions of article 68.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, to, within a period of ten calendar days, correct the lack or accompany the required documents, with an indication that, if so If you do not do so, your request will be considered withdrawn, following a resolution issued in the terms provided in article 21.1 of the aforementioned law. The instruction of the procedures will be the responsibility of the municipal technical services, who will carry out ex officio whatever actions they deem necessary for the determination, knowledge and verification of the data by virtue of which the proposed resolution must be formulated. The competent body for the concession is the Delegate Councilor of the Public Services Area of Torremolinos, Samset, Litosa, Street Cleaning, Aselimsa, Commerce, Commercial Activities and Public Roads, by delegation of the Mayor-President of the Torremolinos City Council, decree of June 22, 2023, number 7895. The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution of the procedure may not exceed six months. The deadline will be computed from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting the aid application. The resolution will put an end to the administrative procedure, against which the interested parties may file the resources they deem appropriate for the defense of their interests. The expiration of the maximum period without having notified the legitimate resolution of the request to the interested parties will have the effects provided for in article 25.1.a) of Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. FIFTH.-Regulatory Bases The full text can be consulted on the transparency page of the Torremolinos City Council: http://transparencia.torremolinos.es/subvenciones-y-ayudas-publicas/ DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT: - Subsidy application form duly completed and signed electronically (annex 1). - Declaration of absence of conflict of interest (annex 2). - Declaration of receipt of other aid (annex 3). - Form for resignations/allegations/submission of documents (annex 4). - Opening license or responsible declaration of activity, as appropriate, valid and complete - Latest quarterly declaration of Value Added Tax (form 303). - Certificate issued by the banking entity containing the ownership details of the property.
