Official description of the call
First- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of this aid are considered to be natural persons who, as clients of the psychological care centers participating in the call, pay for the services through vouchers – “psikobono” previously acquired. To acquire the “psikobono” the following requirements must be met: a. Be registered in the municipality of Durango on the date of submission of the application. b. Be between 14 and 35 years old on the date of submission of the application. c. The applicant is not found to be involved in any of the impeding causes included in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Grants. Second.- Purpose Eligible expenses, for the purposes provided for in these bases, are individual psychological care consultations that meet the following requirements: That the psychological consultations have been carried out by specialists in clinical or health psychology. That these professionals carry out their economic activity within the municipality of Durango. That the professionals described have requested membership in the “Psikobono Durango” program and said membership has been validated by the Durango City Council. The last day to carry out psychological consultations will be November 27, 2025. A maximum of 10 sessions will be subsidized for each beneficiary (individualized psychological care consultation) during the year 2025. They may also be used in group sessions, if the professional deems it appropriate, and as long as the center has this type of therapy. In this case, each session will be equivalent to a quarter of a bonus, that is, for every 4 group sessions, a bonus is redeemed. These sessions may be continuous over time or discontinuously throughout the year 2025.
