REGULATORY BASES AND CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF COMPETITIVE SUBSIDIES TO NON-PROFIT ENTITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES PROJECTS 2024, FOR ATTENTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW RESPONSES

Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By mayoral resolution of December 2, 2024, the call and specific bases for the aforementioned call have been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. OBJECT: The purpose of this call is to establish the bases that must govern the granting of subsidies under the budget application 2310 489.17 planned for Fiscal Year 2024 in the Municipal Budget, to finance projects that aim to develop projects within the field of social services. This subsidy is included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2024 of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, within strategic line number 1, whose objective is to promote non-profit social initiative and enhance the participation and actions of the third sector of the city, to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency in the development of municipal powers in the matter. Legal framework: • Ordinance that regulates the General Subsidy Regime of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council (BOP no. 159 of August 21, 2017). • Law 38/2003, of November 7, General Subsidies. • Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2024 of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, within line 1. SECOND. AMOUNT AND BUDGET ITEM For the financing of this call, there is a maximum budget of €54,000.00. The subsidy will be awarded, within the available credit, to the project that has obtained the highest evaluation/score in application of the criteria described in art.7 of this call, respecting the provisions of art.8. However, if the quality of any or all of the projects presented is not adequate or does not comply with the lines of action described in this call, part or all of the budget credit may be void. The credit to satisfy the amount of said subsidies is available in budget application 2310 489.17. THIRD.BENEFICIARIES/REQUIREMENTS: Non-profit, legally constituted entities with their own legal personality may apply for and be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these Bases, prior to the date of approval of the corresponding calls, that can develop or carry out programs, projects, activities or actions in the field of social services, provided that they meet the following requirements: • Be legally constituted and registered in the Registry of entities of the Board of Communities of Castilla-La Mancha. • Reflect in its statutes that its purposes include carrying out activities related to the field of social, senior and family services. • Have sufficient structure to guarantee the fulfillment of its objectives, accrediting the experience and operational capacity necessary to do so, and must present to the affected party a report of its activities. • The activity to be subsidized must have as final recipients the general population residing in Azuqueca de Henares. • Be up to date, if you have previously received subsidies from the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, in compliance with the obligations contracted by such concession, as well as in the reimbursement of subsidies, if applicable. • Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations. • Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, as provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. ROOM. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS A. SUBMISSION DEADLINE This call will be published in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), as well as an extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara. Likewise, it will be published on the Azuqueca de Henares City Council website: www.azuqueca.es. The deadline for submitting applications, as well as the documentation that must accompany it, is 5 WORKING DAYS, counting from the day after publication.
