BDNS: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index), in the Catalog of Procedures and Services of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía (https:www.juntadeandalucia.es/servicios/procedimientos/detalle/10494), on the website of the Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions http://www.juntadeandalucia.es/cultura/web/AAIICC and in this Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía. First. Within the scope of the Ministry of Culture and Historical Heritage (Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions) for the year 2025, on a competitive basis, the granting of subsidies for the promotion of theater, music, dance and circus in Andalusia is being called. The financing of these aids will be allocated to the credits of chapter IV of the budget of the Andalusian Agency for Cultural Institutions, and will be made effective from budget item 1651010000 G/45E/47002/00 01, with an endowment of 1,500,000 euros, distributed 50% in two annual installments, 750,000 euros effective in cash in 2025 and 750,000 euros in 2026. The maximum total amount allocated to each subsidy line will be: Line 1: Support for the distribution of shows 150,000 euros. Line 2: Support for the production of theater and circus shows aimed at adult, family or children and youth audiences, of theater or circus companies, with a professional artistic career of less than 3 years: 90,000 euros Line 3: Support for the production of theater and circus shows aimed at adult, family or children and youth audiences, of theater or circus companies, with a professional artistic career of more than 3 years 294,000 euros. Line 5: Support for the production of music and dance shows aimed at adult, family or children and youth audiences, for music groups or dance companies, with a professional artistic career of more than 3 years 210,000 euros. Line 6: Subsidies for the organization of fairs, festivals, exhibitions and/or other scenic or musical exhibition events in Andalusia. 275,000 euros. Line 8: Subsidies to privately managed stage exhibition halls 481,000 euros. Second. Beneficiaries: The following may be beneficiaries: Line 1: Private individuals and legal entities, dedicated to the production and touring of shows of cultural interest in relation to theater, circus, music or dance, that provide services to the professional sector of the performing arts and to the public in the Andalusian autonomous community. Line 2: Private individuals or legal entities, dedicated to the production and touring of shows of cultural interest in relation to theater or circus, that provide services to the professional sector of the performing arts and the public within the Andalusian autonomous community or that develop the activity that is the subject of the subsidy in Andalusia. Line 3: Private individuals or legal entities, dedicated to the production and touring of shows of cultural interest in relation to theater or circus, that provide services to the professional sector of the performing arts and the public within the Andalusian autonomous community or that develop the activity that is the subject of the subsidy in Andalusia. Line 5: Private individuals or legal entities, dedicated to the production and touring of shows of cultural interest in relation to music and dance, that provide service to the professional sector of the performing arts and the public within the Andalusian autonomous community or that develop the activity that is the subject of the subsidy in Andalusia. Line 6: Private natural or legal persons, organizers of fairs, festivals, exhibitions and other stage or musical exhibition events of a professional nature that are held in the Andalusian community. Line 8: Private natural and legal persons who are going to carry out the management of performing arts exhibition halls in facilities located within the territorial scope of the Andalusian autonomous community and whose main activity is the commercial exhibition of professional performing arts or music shows.
