In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By mayoral resolution of December 4, 2024, the call and specific bases for the aforementioned call have been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. OBJECT: The object of these rules is the regulation of the conditions for the granting of subsidies for the activities and projects carried out by music bands, choirs and Rondas of the municipality under budget item 3340.489.09 endowed with €48,000, planned for Fiscal Year 2024 in the Municipal Budget, to finance initiatives and activities that benefit and enrich the culture of the municipality. This subsidy is included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2024 of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, within Strategic line number 4 “Education”, whose objective is to encourage and improve participation in different cultural and festive events of the municipality, as well as the facilitation and promotion of its work to carry out activities for the benefit of the municipality. SECOND.BUDGET AND AMOUNT For the financing of this call, there is a maximum budget of forty-eight thousand euros (€48,000). Subsidies will be awarded, within the available credit. The maximum amount to be awarded by association is the following (with a minimum of 50 points): - For Music Bands: €30,000 - For Choirs: €10,000 - For Rounds: €8,000 THIRD. BENEFICIARIES/REQUIREMENTS: Music Bands, Choirs and Rounds of the municipality, which are legally constituted and have their own legal personality, may request and be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these rules. prior to the date of approval of the corresponding calls, that may develop or carry out programs, projects, activities or actions in the cultural field, provided that they meet the following requirements: For Music Bands: • Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of Azuqueca de Henares • Be up to date, in the case of having previously received subsidies from the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, in the fulfillment of the obligations contracted by such concession, as well as in the reimbursement of subsidies, if applicable. • Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, as provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. • Having carried out the parades corresponding to the Holy Week processions in the last 2 years, in collaboration with the Virgen de la Soledad Brotherhood and the Azuqueca de Henares City Council. • Having held an annual concert at the House of Culture of Azuqueca de Henares to commemorate the day of Saint Cecilia, patron saint of music, in the last 2 years, in collaboration with the Azuqueca Choir and the Azuqueca de Henares City Council. For Corales: • Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of Azuqueca de Henares • Be up to date, in the case of having previously received subsidies from the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, in compliance with the obligations contracted by such concession, as well as in the reimbursement of subsidies, if applicable. • Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, as provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. • Having held an annual concert at the House of Culture of Azuqueca de Henares to commemorate the day of Saint Cecilia, patron saint of music, in the last 2 years, in collaboration with the Municipal Music Band and the City Council of Azuqueca de Henares. • Having carried out solidarity activities through concerts in senior residences and day centers in Azuqueca de Henares. For Rounds: • Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of Azuqueca de Henares • Be up to date, in the case of having previously received subsidies from the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, in compliance with the obligations contracted by such concession, as well as in the reimbursement of subsidies, if applicable. • Not be incurring
