Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary entities. Local entities in the region that meet the requirements established in Order 172/2022, of September 12, Ministry of Social Welfare and included in this call, may apply for this call for subsidies. Second. Object. The purpose of this resolution is to call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, for local entities for the maintenance of centers whose purpose is to care for people with intellectual disabilities in Castilla-La Mancha. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 172/2022, of September 12, of the Ministry of Social Welfare, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to local entities in the field of care for people with intellectual disabilities in Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM no. 179, of September 16, 2022). Room. Financing. 1. The credit allocated to finance the call amounts to 6,948,960.00 euros. 2. The maximum individualized amount of the subsidy that, if applicable, may be granted will not exceed 1,000,000.00 euros per application. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. 1. Applications will be addressed to the head of the General Directorate of Disability of the Ministry of Social Welfare (hereinafter the Ministry) and must be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, using the application form enabled for this purpose at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha at the following address: https://www.jccm.es, which will be noted in the electronic record. Along with the application, the original documents that may be necessary for the granting of the subsidy and in any case the technical project, which will contain all the sections indicated in the application form, will be digitized and presented as annexes. 2. A single application will be submitted for each program to be financed and the applicant entities will not be required to submit documentation accompanying the electronic application for initiation, except for the technical project that will include the sections indicated in the application form and in the case of requesting an early care program or those programs whose recipients are minors, the responsible declaration accrediting that the applicant entity meets the requirement provided for in article 57 of Organic Law 8/2021, of June 4, on protection. integral to childhood and adolescence in the face of violence, in accordance with the model that appears on the electronic headquarters. 3. The deadline for submitting applications will be 45 days, counting from the day following the publication of this call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha.
