Individualized economic benefits for social emergencies, from the Massanassa City Council for the year 2025

Official description of the call

First. Requirements of applicants: Those natural persons who, being in a situation of serious need, meet the following requirements: 1.- Not having sufficient resources or income to meet the expenses derived from the emergency situation. 2.- That the annual per capita income of the family or cohabitation unit (RPC) does not exceed 100% of the current IPREM, calculated annually with twelve payments. To calculate income, the following will be taken into account: A.- INCOME BASED ON YOUR EMPLOYMENT SITUATION: Employed worker, pensioner or unemployed: arithmetic mean of the gross income that appears on the payroll and/or in the information provided by the paying agency, corresponding to the last 3 months, and multiplied by twelve months. Self-employed worker: the declared income that appears in the last quarterly forms presented 130 (individual income tax payment) or, failing that, form 303 (QUARTERLY VAT), multiplied by 4 quarters. B.- CAPITAL INCOME: The amounts that appear in the last income tax return presented will be taken into account, both for net income from movable capital and from real estate capital. Imputed income will not be taken into account when it is reliably proven that it corresponds to properties NOT susceptible to use because it is a home occupied by a first-degree relative in a manifest situation of vulnerability or because there is a limitation of use, derived from an architectural, urban planning, health circumstance or a judicial measure. C.- OTHER INCOME RECEIVED: Annuities for alimony in favor of the children, (Considered in annual calculation). Amount received in the last 3 months for specific aid Other income from the underground economy declared (calculated annually) Donations from family members and/or close friends received punctually in the previous 3 months When the applicants are recipients of minimum Contributory Pensions, live alone, and make the rent or mortgage payment for their habitual residence, the annual amount of this effective cost of housing will be deducted from the income. 3.- Be registered and habitually reside in the municipality of Massanassa for a period of 12 months as of the date of submission of the application. When the financial benefit is requested to meet the needs of the family unit, the registration and residence requirement will be extended to all its members. 4.- Have duly justified the aid previously granted 5.- Have not failed to comply in the twelve months prior to the application with the Acceptance agreement of the Intervention Program corresponding to the aid granted previously. Emergency situations are considered those that give rise to specific expenses to cover specific needs of a basic and urgent nature, such as: Expenses for basic energy supplies. Essential expenses for the use of the habitual residence. Exceptional expenses in which circumstances of serious or urgent social need occur and that are considered of interest for the care of people with significant problems. Expenses intended to cover basic needs of the family or cohabitation unit. Expenses for travel to health centers for medical treatment or to carry out training or job placement actions for unemployed people. These aids may be requested in different concession periods within the same call as long as the requirements for granting them are met up to a total
