Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries People who undergo a type A, Menuda, B, Initiation, or C, Standard medical check-up at the Sports Medicine Center of the Gavà City Council may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies referred to in these bases, as long as they meet any of the following conditions and requirements: Be registered in the municipality of Gavà. Participate in the school sports games of the juvenile category. People with the Gavà Senior Citizen card. Athletes from Gavà Sports Clubs or Entities, that the review is processed jointly. Second. Purpose The purpose of these bases is to define the set of conditions and the procedure that must be followed for the application, processing, granting and collection of Subsidies for the promotion of the health of Gavà athletes. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for the application and granting of subsidies for the promotion of the health of Gavà athletes have been published in full in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona dated December 16, 2015. Fourth. The budgetary credit and the amount The Gavà City Council allocates the following amount to the call: Application – Description - Amount 150000 3121A 472009925 – Sports Medicine Center Agreement - €50,000 The amount of the subsidy will be: For people registered in Gavà: TYPE REVIEW PRICE REVIEW AMOUNT SUBV A: Small €25.00 €5.00 B: Initiation €40.00 €18.00 C: Standard €45.00 €20.00 For citizens of Gavà who have the Gavà senior citizen card: TYPE REVIEW PRICE REVIEW AMOUNT SUBV C: Standard €45.00 €30.00 For participants in School Sports Games of Gavà, junior category: TYPE REVIEW PRICE REVIEW AMOUNT SUBV A: Petite €25.00 €25.00 For athletes from Gavà Clubs or Sports Entities that process the review jointly: TYPE REVIEW PRICE REVIEW AMOUNT SUBV A: Petite €25.00 €5.00 B: Initiation €40.00 €18.00 C: Standard €45.00 €20.00 Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications and resolution The application to participate in the annual call will be deemed to have been made with the registration for any of the medical check-ups covered by the subsidy at the Gavà City Council Sports Medicine Center of all those people who meet the requirements mentioned in the third clause, from January 1 to December 31, 2025. The Collaborating Entity will directly deduct the amount of the subsidy from the price of the service to the beneficiaries. Sixth. Appeals against the resolution Against these acts, which put an end to the administrative procedure, a contentious-administrative appeal can be filed directly before the Administrative Litigation Courts of the province of Barcelona, within a period of two months counted from the day following the day of notification or publication. This is in accordance with articles 8.1, 25 and 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating contentious-administrative jurisdiction. Even so, and in accordance with what is established in articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, and art. 52 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the bases of the local regime, there is the possibility – on an optional basis and prior to the aforementioned jurisdictional route – of filing the appeal for reconsideration provided for in the aforementioned precepts, an appeal that, if used, will have to be presented to the same body that issued it, in writing and within a period of one month counted from the day following the day of notification or publication. If the decision has been made to file the optional appeal for reconsideration and prior to the jurisdictional route, the contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until it is expressly resolved or its presumed dismissal has occurred (the period for expressly resolving it and for understanding it to be presumed dismissed is one month from the day following the entry of the appeal in the General Registry of the City Council). Against the resolution – express or presumed – of the appeal for reconsideration, this appeal may not be filed again, but rather, if appropriate, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed directly before the Administrative Litigation Courts of the province of Barcelona, within a period of two months counted from the
