Official description of the call
1.-Context The Irura City Council has launched an initiative to materialize its commitment to preserve and promote local commerce. It is more than ever essential that the Irura City Council promotes purchasing in local businesses from the general interest of society, hand in hand with professionals from these local sectors and with citizens, since all of this gives life to the town. The Irura City Council had previously launched this campaign, in 2014 "Egin Irura, kontsumitu herrian", with the intention of encouraging Iruraras to consume in the municipality. Likewise, in 2018-2019 the Irura City Council once again launched a local promotion campaign, promoting citizen involvement and subsidizing targeted vouchers for purchases in local establishments. On this occasion, it is intended to launch a new purchase voucher campaign for all local commerce, hospitality and service establishments. 2.- Object. The purpose of this aid is to launch the purchase voucher campaign aimed at local commerce, hospitality and service establishments that offer products and services in Irura. 3.-Description of the initiative and municipal support By purchasing vouchers in local establishments, local consumption will be encouraged. The maximum budget for purchase vouchers subsidized by the Irura City Council will be €50/person. Thus, the subsidy granted by the City Council for the acquisition of bonds is 20%. Anyone who wants must register at the City Council's public service office to be able to access the purchase vouchers. These card vouchers must be used in establishments that meet the requirements established by the City Council to be beneficiaries to be eligible for subsidies. 4.- Beneficiaries 1. The regime of these subsidies will apply to natural or legal persons of commercial establishments, hotels and small local services in Irura. 5.-Conditions of participation: For the local establishments of Irura 1. Keep open a local commerce, hospitality and small services establishment in a location in the centers and neighborhoods of Irura. 2. Be registered with the Economic Activities Tax. 3. Be up to date with your obligations with the Provincial Treasury and the General Treasury of Social Security, as well as the obligations to reimburse subsidies. 4. Be up to date with your obligations with the Irura City Council. On the part of the buyers, the beneficiaries subsidized by the City Council will be the residents of Irura. 6.- Budget: The amount to meet this call is €5,000 and will be paid on account of budget item 1 0000.471.431.00.00 2024. 7.-Assignment of establishments to the initiative: Establishments must present the declaration of adhesion to this initiative. The Irura City Council, by transfer, will pay the establishments 100% of the value of the vouchers in the current account that they have provided with the application. 8.- Purchase of bonds. The purchase and sale of bonds will be carried out physically and by bank card and you will have to go to the City Hall ticket office from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. These vouchers will have an expiration date until February 28, 2025. 9.-To be presented by the beneficiary establishments: 1. Application form and responsible declaration, guaranteeing compliance with the requirements established in these bases. (1. And 2. Annexes) 2. Attach bank details or equivalent bank document. (3. Annex) 3. If it is a natural person, the applicant's DNI. 4. If it is a legal entity, a copy of the CIF of the applicant and, where applicable, the DNI of the representative. The beneficiary fully assumes the veracity of all responsible statements made, as well as the rest of the documentation provided. Applications must be submitted within 4 days from the publication of these bases in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Applications will be made from the electronic registry or in person at the City Hall itself. 10.-Admission of beneficiary establishments The list of admitted establishments will be published on the website www.irura.eus once the applications have been submitted and it has been verified that the beneficiary establishments meet all the requirements.
