Official description of the call
- Fully reject the allegations presented by the Cinca Medio Region for the reasons expressed in the report dated December 11, 2024 issued by the Technical Services of the Culture Section and the approval of the Deputy-President of the Culture Commission, on file. - Definitively approve the Provincial Concertation Plan for the implementation of the 2025 School Ski Campaign by the Regions of the province, elevating to final the text of the Plan initially approved, unanimously, by agreement of the Provincial Plenary Session dated November 14, 2024. Interested persons can consult the complete content of the Plan on the electronic notice board (https://dphuesca.sedipualba.es/tablondeanuncios/), available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Huesca. In accordance with the management rules of the aforementioned Plan, the Regions will have 10 business days from the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province to present the documentation required for the request for participation. Against this resolution, which puts an end to the administrative route, it may be filed within a period of two months, counting from the day following this publication, either an optional request before the same body that issued the resolution or directly a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Huesca, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, of the Jurisdiction Contentious-Administrative.
