Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the above-referenced resolution is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database ((http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Purpose. Third call, for the fiscal year 2025, of subsidies provided for in line II, aimed at the development of actions for the qualification and requalification training (reskilling/upskilling) of the active population in strategic sectors, the personal care sector and in areas at risk of depopulation, within the framework of component 20 “Strategic Plan to Promote Vocational Training”, investment 1, of the Second Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Beneficiaries. Training entities that are accredited and/or registered, on the date of submission of the subsidy application, in the family and professional area associated with the professional qualification to which the professional skills for which the training is offered are linked, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies established in this call. Training entities must have the personal and material means necessary to carry out the training projects for which they request aid or commit to. to have them available after the award of the subsidy, at the time of the start of the training activity. Such means may be owned or owned by third-party private or public entities and must be available in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Third, the regulatory bases governing the aforementioned subsidies are those contained in Decree 155/2022, of December 21, which establishes the bases. regulating subsidies for the development of reskilling and upskilling actions for the qualification and requalification training of the active population, linked to professional qualifications in strategic sectors, care of people and areas at risk of depopulation, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the first call is approved for the year 2023, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (DOE no. 19, of January 27, 2023), modified by Decree 40/2023, of April 26 (DOE no. 83, of May 3, 2023). expenses of the Extremaduran Public Employment Service, in expenditure project 20230047 “Training emerging skills RU” fund MR07C20I01, for the budget year 2025 and in accordance with the following distribution by types of training projects and budget applications: a) A credit of ONE MILLION EUROS (€1,000,000.00) is allocated to finance training projects in strategic sectors and transversal areas, with the following breakdown: Budget application 140130000G/242B/46000MR07C20I0120230047, amount of €6,000.00 140130000G/242B/47000MR07C20I0120230047, amount of €938,000.00 140130000G/242B/48000MR07C20I0120230047, amount of €56,000.00 Of the aforementioned credit, at least 40% will be used to finance training actions in transversal areas related to green skills and jobs. Training in these areas will refer to professional areas in which environmental sustainability is part of the fundamental axis of professional performance, including training linked to the following families: agriculture, energy and water, food industries, extractive industries, hospitality and tourism, transportation and vehicle maintenance, commerce and marketing, chemistry and health. b) A credit of FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS (€450,000.00) is allocated to finance training projects in the personal care sector, with the following breakdown: Budget application 140130000G/242B/46000MR07C20I0120230047, amount of €3,675.00 140130000G/242B/47000MR07C20I0120230047, amount of €421,575.00 140130000G/242B/48000MR07C20I0120230047, amount of €24,750.00 c) A credit of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS
