Subsidies 2025 Transfer from the State to promoting entities of the ATENEO Rural Collaborative Program (Line I), according to Resolution of December 18, 2024

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. The subsidies for the 2025 financial year of Line I are called to entities promoting the projects of the ATENEO Rural Collaborative Program, provided for in Chapter I and the Third Section of Chapter II of Decree 287/2023, of December 27, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies intended for the financing of the ATENEO Rural Collaborative Program and the first call to the entities promoting the projects. Second. Beneficiaries The Town Councils and Minor Local Entities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura with a population of less than 5,000 inhabitants, which must be competent for the execution of the corresponding works or services. The entities indicated in the previous paragraph, subject to prior agreement with the interested municipalities, may submit applications for aid to carry out supralocal projects. In this case, the local corporations that have given their consent will not be able to submit a simultaneous application independently, nor give their consent to more than one application; if they do so, their participation in any of the applications will not be taken into account. In this case, the local entities that are part of the group, which will also be considered beneficiaries, must previously formalize an agreement, with the minimum content established in article 27.2 of Decree Law 3/2021, of March 3. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 287/2023, of December 27, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies intended for the financing of the ATENEO Rural Collaborative Program and the first call to the entities promoting the projects. Room. Amount. The global amount of this call is €8,180,000, of which €7,362,000 correspond to the 2025 financial year and 818,000 euros to the 2026 financial year, charged to the credits of the Extremadura Public Employment Service in the following budget codes: -20230069, “Rural Collaborative Program”, FS financing source, for a total amount 5,800,195.00 euros, with the following distribution by applications and budget years: Year 2025: 140130000 G/242B/46000 FS21422H06 20230069 5,220,175.50 euros. Year 2026: 140130000 G/242B/46000 FS21422H06 20230069 580,019.50 euros. The amount of the call under this spending project is co-financed at a percentage of 85% by the European Social Fund + under the Extremadura ESF + Program 2021-2027, Political Objective 4 "A more social and inclusive Europe, through the application of the European Pillar of Social Rights", within priority 2 “Social inclusion and fight against poverty”, Specific objective ESO4.8 “Promote active inclusion in order to promote equality of opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation, and improve employability, particularly for disadvantaged groups”, measure 2.H.6 “Rural Collaborative Program”. - 20220423, “Collaborative Rural Entities”, TE financing source, for a total amount of 2,379,805.00 euros, with the following distribution by applications and budget years: Year 2025: 140130000 G/242B/46000 TE24001002 20220423 2,141,824.50 euros. Year 2026: 140130000 G/242B/46000 TE24001002 20220423 237,980.50 euros. In accordance with article 23.2.h of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the maximum total amount of the subsidies called may be increased up to 20% of the initial amount, or up to the corresponding amount when such increase is a consequence of a generation, incorporation of credit or in the case of credits declared expandable, always before deciding to grant them without the need for open a new call, and after publication of the announcement included in article 39.3 of the aforementioned Subsidies Law.
