Resolution approving the call for granting subsidies for vocational training actions in the field

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Training entities, public or private, that meet the requirements for accreditation and registration in the Registry of entities may be beneficiaries of the subsidies covered by this call, where applicable, in accordance with current regulations on Vocational Training in the workplace. The groups contemplated in article 11.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, with presence in the territorial area of ​​Castilla-La Mancha, may have the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, in accordance with the provisions of article 7.2 of Order 178/2020, of November 19, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment. Likewise, companies or entities, of territorial scope corresponding to the one to which the program is directed, that commit themselves to the execution of contracts, in the terms provided for in Order 178/2020, of November 19, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies object of this resolution. Companies that facilitate the performance of non-labor professional internships may be beneficiaries of economic compensation in the terms provided for in articles 37 and 38 of Order 178/2020, of November 19, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment. Second. Purpose To call for the granting of subsidies for the year 2025, to carry out vocational training actions in the workplace for unemployed workers (Mode II), with a commitment to contract. Third. Regulatory bases Order 178/2020, of November 19, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, regarding programming, management and evaluation of vocational training for employment in the workplace in Castilla-La Mancha and which establishes the regulatory bases for granting public subsidies for its implementation, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 235, of November 20, 2020; modified by Order 102/2021, of June 23, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 130, of July 9, 2021; by Order 106/2022, of May 27, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 110, of June 9, 2022; by Order 79/2023, of March 31, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 76, of April 20, 2023 and, finally, Order 118/2024, of July 11, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 139, of July 19, 2024. Fourth. Financing and amount of subsidies. The maximum total amount for financing amounts to 2,767,000.00 euros: 2,531,000.00 euros for the 2025 annuity and 236,000.00 euros for the 2026 annuity. The maximum amount of subsidy to be granted for each training action will be determined by the product of the number of hours of the same by the number of students and by the amount of the corresponding module. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha and will end on November 30, 2025. Entities that wish to access the subsidies contemplated in this call may submit the application by electronically sending the data, with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es). When submitted in this way, the original documents will be digitized and presented along with the application as files attached to it. Sixth. Other data. Payment method: The beneficiary entities, once the granting resolution has been issued, may request a payment prior to the start of the training activity for an amount of 25 percent of the amount granted. Likewise, they may request payment of an additional 35 percent, once the start of the training activity has been accredited. Likewise, a single advance of up to 60 percent of the amount granted may be paid, at the request of the beneficiary, once the start of the training activity has been proven. The remaining 40 percent of the amount awarded will be made effective
