Official description of the call
This extract corresponds to the same text of the extract of the call published with the BDNS code 806498. First. Object and purpose. 1. The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases for granting subsidies aimed at promoting investment in food and wine tourism, within the framework of component 14 Investment 1 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and to make the call for 2025. 2. These subsidies are intended to support investments and infrastructure in food and wine tourism, for the improvement and enhancement of regional gastronomy and thus promote the development of an offer quality tourism, more competitive and adapted to the constant and changing evolution of the tourism market, all under criteria of social, economic and environmental sustainability. Second. Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons that provide the following services or activities may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this order: a) Hotel establishments, restaurants, bars and cafes for line 1. The definition of the above is those established in Decree 253/2023, of September 12 or in Decree 79/2021, of July 6. b) Wineries, oil mills, cheese factories and saffron producers for lines 1 and 2. These are understood to be those that are registered respectively in the headings of the IAE 425, 411, 414.3 and 423.2. Third. Regulatory bases This order regulates the regulatory bases of these subsidies. Room. Financing and amount of subsidies. 1. The amount intended to finance these subsidies amounts to 1,291,302.00 euros, which will be charged to the financial resources included in the Agreement of the Tourism Sector Conference of December 14, 2022, modified by Agreement of December 29, 2023, which establishes the distribution criteria, and the resulting distribution for the autonomous communities, of the credit intended for the financing of investment actions by local entities, within the framework of the Component 14 Investment 1 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (FPA0090014), which will be allocated to budget item 19120000 G/751C/77000, corresponding to the year 2025, with the following distribution by lines: Line 1: 787,842.00 euros-Line 2: 503,460.00 euros. 2. The amount of the subsidy that may be granted will be 40% of the expense that is considered eligible, without prejudice to the increases in the intensity of the aid provided, with a maximum of €15,000 for each line of aid requested and per establishment and call. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. 1. Applications will be submitted within two months from the day following the publication of this order and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, and will be addressed to the person in charge of the general directorate responsible for tourism. 2. Only one application will be accepted for each establishment. 3. Applications will be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the standardized form that appears as Annex I, included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es SIACI search code KMBX). When submitted in this way, the documents to be provided will be digitized and presented along with the application as files attached to it.
