Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries The legally constituted, non-profit AVPC of Galicia that, on the day of publication of this order, meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the subsidies: a) Be registered in the Registry of Civil Protection Volunteer Personnel Groups or have officially submitted the application for registration therein; In this case, the granting of the subsidy will be conditional on effective registration, as established in article 59 and related provisions of Decree 56/2000, of March 3. This condition must be met, at the latest, on the last day of the application submission period. b) Have functional dependence on a town council of less than 50,000 inhabitants, community or group of town councils, and have its own NIF as an association. c) Justify the investment and liquidation of subsidies granted in previous years, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable articles of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies, and related ones, and of Decree 11/2009, of January 8, which approves the Regulation of Law 9/2007, of June 13, in such a way that failure to justify this investment and liquidation means not being able to opt. to subsidies in the following years. d) Not having been sentenced by a final judgment to the penalty of losing the possibility of obtaining public subsidies, being up to date with compliance with tax or Social Security obligations and not having any other debt pending payment with the public Administration of the Autonomous Community. e) Comply with the provisions of article 54 of Decree 56/2000, of March 3, and contract accident insurance, as well as civil liability. Second. Purpose The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases that will govern the granting of subsidies to the groups of voluntary civil protection personnel of Galicia, hereinafter AVPC, as stated in article 72 of Decree 56/2000, of March 3, and to proceed with its call for the year 2025, under a competitive competition regime. With these aids, the aim is to collaborate financially with the AVPCs in current expenses to enable their operation within the respective municipalities and collaboration in the civil protection plans and programs of the Xunta de Galicia. Third. Regulatory bases Order of December 16, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting, on a competitive basis, of subsidies to groups of voluntary civil protection personnel of town councils of less than 50,000 inhabitants, associations or groups of town councils, and calls for applications for the year 2025. Fourth. Amount To achieve the objective referred to in this order, the Department of the Presidency, Justice and Sports will allocate up to a limit of €370,000, charged to budget item 05.06.212A.481.0, project code 2015 00106, corresponding to the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, in accordance with the General Budget Law of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2025. Subsidies may be allocated to: 1. Equipment and uniform personal clothing, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 123/2014, of September 18, which regulates the accreditation, uniformity and distinctive features of volunteer personnel, and the Order of February 24, 2015 that develops it. 2. Prevention and protective equipment, provided that it is consumable material (including first aid kit material). 3. Expenses incurred during the actions carried out by the group in matters of civil protection. 4. Expenses caused by the conservation, maintenance and/or rental of its base and means of intervention, computer and communications applications, as well as fixed and mobile voice and data communication expenses. 5.
