Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries 1. Legally constituted companies and self-employed entrepreneurs who have their registered office or workplace in Galicia and whose activity is included in the following sections of the CNAE 2009 may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, without prejudice to meeting the other requirements established in these bases: Services sector - section CNAE 2009 Division Section G: wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles 45 to 47 Section H: transportation and storage 49 to 53 Section I: hospitality 55 to 56 Section J: information and communications 58 to 63 Section K: financial and insurance activities 64 to 66 Section L: real estate activities 68 Section M: professional, scientific and technical activities 69 to 75 Section N: administrative activities and auxiliary services 77 to 82 Section P: education 85 Section Q: health and social service activities 86 to 88 Section R: artistic, recreational and entertainment activities 90 to 93 Section S: other services 94 to 96 2. The requirements to obtain beneficiary status must be met, at the latest, on the deadline for the end of the application submission period. Second. Purpose To regulate the granting of subsidies for the implementation of energy improvement projects, intended for SMEs and self-employed workers in the service sector within the territory of the Autonomous Community of Galicia that comply with the requirements and conditions established in the articles of this resolution (procedure code IN417Z). Third. Regulatory bases and call Resolution of October 31, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases and announces the call, through advance processing of expenditure, of the procedure for granting subsidies for energy improvement projects, aimed at self-employed workers and SMEs in the services sector (SME Energy Bonus program), annuity 2025 (procedure code IN417Z). Room. Financing The subsidies granted will be financed from the Inega budgets for the year 2025 and will be allocated to the budget application 09.A3.733A.770.0. The total amount allocated to this call amounts to 2,500,000.00 euros. Fifth. Amount of aid 1. The amount of the subsidy will be 80% of the eligible cost of the action. 2. In general, a maximum aid of 6,000 euros per application is established. The aid associated with the energy advisory voucher will not count for the purposes of this limit, and will be limited by the maximum eligible costs established in article 2. 3. The total amount of de minimis aid granted to a single company will not exceed 300,000 euros during any period of three previous years. 4. In no case may the acquisition cost of eligible expenses be higher than the market value. Sixth. Form and deadline for submitting applications 1. The applications (Annex I) will be signed directly by the interested parties or by a person who certifies their representation by any legally valid means. 2. The deadline for submitting applications begins on the seventh (7th) calendar day following the publication of this resolution in the DOG, at 9:00 a.m. and will end on June 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. 3. Applications must be submitted electronically through the standardized form accessible from the electronic headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia, https://sede.xunta.gal, and on the Inega website. To access the application submission application, the NIF number and the password determined by the interested parties will be necessary. Seventh. Deadline for the execution of the installation The deadline to execute the project and present the supporting documentation for the investments will be October 1, 2025.
