Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries Small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) that plan to make an investment in a work center located in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, considered eligible for subsidies under the provisions of the regulatory bases. SMEs will be considered companies that, at the date of the application, meet the definition of SME established by the European Commission in Annex I of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 and with the legal form of a commercial company. Second. Purpose The aid is granted on a non-competitive basis and is intended to grant aid for the financing of business investment projects of the following modalities: I.1. Business investment projects with an eligible investment between €800,000 and €10,000,000. I.2. Investment projects equal to or greater than €100,000, with a job creation of 25 or more full-time, indefinite jobs. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of December 11, 2024, which publicizes the Agreement of the Board of Directors that approves the regulatory bases for aid to attract companies to Galicia for the year 2025, co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the Galicia Feder 2021-2027 program, and calls for applications under a non-competitive competition regime (procedure code IG408H). Room. Amount The credits available for concessions in this call will be paid from the budget application 09.A1.741A.7700 and with the following amounts and multiannual distribution: €100,000 charged to the year 2025, €3,900,000 charged to the year 2026, €4,000,000 charged to the year 2027 and €4,000,000 charged to the year 2028. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting aid applications will begin to run 5 business days from the day following the publication of the call resolution in the Official Gazette of Galicia at 9:00 a.m. and will end on September 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., unless the credit is exhausted before that date.
