Aid for course 2024/2025 Line A. Speech therapy, intended for students with specific educational support needs, according to Decree 162/2024 of Regulatory Bases and first call for course 2024-2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies, (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. Make the first call, for the 2024-2025 academic year, for aid intended to cover the expenses derived from speech therapy, home educational support and psychotherapy for students with specific educational support needs who are enrolled in centers supported by public funds in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. The Help Lines are the following: - Line A: “Speech therapy care”. Aid intended to cover the costs of speech therapy support derived from language and communication disorders that are interfering with the students' learning process and therefore with the achievement of educational objectives. - Line B: “Home educational support for convalescent students.” Aid intended to cover the costs of home educational support, derived from the permanence of students at home for reasons of prolonged convalescence for a period of time greater than one month, which makes their regular attendance at an educational center impossible. - Line C: “Psychotherapy”. Aid intended to cover the expenses derived from psychotherapeutic care for students with specific needs for educational support who require it, when the needs they present interfere with or make difficult the learning process of the students and therefore in the achievement of educational objectives. Second. Beneficiaries and general requirements. Students enrolled in centers supported by public funds of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura who, by virtue of an administrative granting resolution, previously meet the requirements of article 6 of the decree regulating aid. Third. Regulatory bases. These aids are governed by the provisions of Decree 162/2024, of December 17, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid intended for students with specific educational support needs, enrolled in educational centers supported by public funds of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and approves the first call for the 2024-2025 school year. Room. Financing and amount of the call. For the purpose of this call, the maximum amount of three hundred and fifteen thousand euros (€315,000.00) will be allocated, which is conditioned suspensively to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit when processed in advance, in accordance with the provisions of rule 69 of the Order of December 17, 2020 approving the Accounting Instruction for the Junta de Extremadura, (DOE). No. 244, of December 21, 2020), and with the following budget breakdown: o Line A: 100,000 euros charged to the Management Center 130090000, budget position G/222G/48000, Funds CAG0000001, Financing Program 20060134, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community for the year 2025. o Line B: 60,000 euros charged to the Management Center 130090000, budget position G/222G/48000, Funds CAG0000001, Financing Program 20060134, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2025. o Line C: 155,000 euros charged to the Management Center 130090000, budget position G/222G/48000, Funds CAG0000001, Financing Program 20060134, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community for the year 2025. The maximum amount of three hundred and fifteen thousand euros (€315,000.00), is will be charged in their entirety to the 2025 annuity, charged to budget position 13009 G/222G/480000, project code 20060134(CA), of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2025. Fifth. Amount of aid. The maximum amount to be received by each beneficiary, depending on the help line requested, will be: - For Line A “Speech Therapy” and for Line C “Psychotherapy”, the maximum amount to be received will be up to 540 euros per beneficiary. - For Line B “Home educational support for convalescent students”, the maximum amount to be received per beneficiary
