From the Minister of Employment, Science and Universities, which establishes the early call for 2025 of the public subsidy program for the financing of training actions aimed at qualification and requalification

Official description of the call

First. —Beneficiaries. Training entities may be beneficiaries, when they are registered, on the date of publication of the call, in the Registry of Collaborating Centers in Training and Professional Insertion of the Autonomous Community of Aragon or, where applicable, in the State Registry of Training Entities. In the latter case, at the time of starting the training, the entities must have facilities in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Aragon that meet the appropriate conditions to be able to provide the requested training specialties. Agreements or rental contracts may not be accepted with centers that are already registered in the Registry of Collaborating Centers in the field of Training and Professional Insertion of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. Second. - Object. The purpose of this Order is to approve the early call for the financial year 2025, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, of the aid program for the qualification and requalification training of the active population, linked to professional qualifications in strategic sectors, care of people and areas at risk of depopulation, as well as for support for the evaluation and accreditation of professional skills, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. In this call, only applications may be submitted under line 3 of those provided for in article 8 of the Regulatory Bases. This line refers exclusively to the modular offer of training actions aimed at people residing in municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the latest data published by the National Institute of Statistics, according to the census of January 2023. Third. —Regulatory bases. The Regulatory Bases of this call are included in articles 6 to 32 of Order EEI/395/2024, of April 18, which establishes the regulatory bases and the call for the public subsidy program for the financing of training actions aimed at the qualification and requalification of the active population, linked to professional qualifications in strategic sectors, care of people and areas at risk of depopulation, as well as for support for the evaluation and accreditation of professional skills, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. These Regulatory Bases will be fully applicable to this call, provided that it is not a matter whose development is reserved for the latter. Room. — Amount. The total amount of the credit assigned to this call amounts to one million eighty-one thousand eight hundred and forty-five euros and fifteen cents (€1,081,845.15), charged to the budgetary applications of the Expenditure Budget of the Aragonese Employment Institute, from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism. As an estimate, the subsidies are financed from the following applications: Budget Item Budget 2025 51014 G/3221/440293/32446 €31,845.15 51014 G/3221/460205/32446 €50,000.00 51014 G/3221/470195/32446 €700,000.00 51014 G/3221/480764/32446 €300,000.00 Total €1,081,845.15 This credit will be applied only to line 3 of those included in article 8 of the Regulatory Bases referring to the Modular offer of training actions aimed at people residing in municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants, which will be the only subsidy line to which applications submitted under this call will be eligible. Fifth. — Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this call in the “Official Gazette of Aragon”. Sixth. — Other data. Applications will be directed to the Aragonese Employment Institute and submitted electronically through the General Electronic Registry of the Public Administration of Aragon.
