Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries Companies in the automotive sector with a work center in Galicia in which the subsidized project is developed. Automotive industries will be considered those whose main activity is carried out in CNAE 29 and 30, in any of their subheadings, and also those companies that, not being registered in activities of those CNAE, are associated with the Galician Automotive Companies Cluster Foundation. Second. Purpose The aid is granted on a non-competitive basis and aims to support the Galician automotive industry within the Support Plan for the Decarbonization and Transition to the Electric Vehicle of the Galician Automotive Sector, through support for productive investment. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of January 9, 2025, which publicizes the Agreement of the Board of Directors that approves the regulatory bases for aid to projects that promote and reinforce the transition to the electric vehicle value chain and the decarbonization of the automotive sector in Galicia, co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the Galicia Feder 2021-2027 Program for the year 2025, and proceeds to its call on a non-competitive basis. Procedure code IG300I (Line 2). Room. Amount The credit available for concessions in this call will be paid from budget application 09.A1.741.A.7700 for an amount of €5,000,000 in the year 2025. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting aid applications will begin to run 5 business days from the day following the publication of the call resolution in the Official Gazette of Galicia at 9:00 a.m. and will end on April 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., unless the credit is exhausted before that date.
