Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/gob.es) and in this DOE. FIRST.- BENEFICIARIES. 1. Legal-private persons who meet the following requirements may apply for the call for aid: • Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding regional or national Official Registry. • That they are legal-private non-profit persons. • Be up to date with tax obligations with the State Treasury, with Social Security and not have debts with the Regional Treasury. • Not be subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary established in article 12.2 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. 2.- Legal-private persons may not be beneficiaries of the aid: a) Whose project is integrated into other programs promoted by the Department responsible for culture of the Government of Extremadura. b) Whose project is not developed exclusively in municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. c) Whose programs include: 1st. Teaching activities, provided for in the current study plans, as well as end-of-year trips or other extracurricular activities of a similar nature. 2nd. Those that contain precepts that violate any current regulations. SECOND.-OBJECT. Aid intended to finance the implementation of projects that promote activities or actions that contribute to generating content of cultural interest in the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura by private, non-profit legal entities, for cultural purposes, that develop activities in the territorial area of Extremadura and that contribute to the participation of Extremadurans in the cultural life of their territory. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES. Decree 168/2024, of December 26, which establishes the regulatory bases for granting aid to non-profit legal-private persons, for cultural purposes, for the implementation of cultural activity projects in municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and approves the first call. FOURTH.-AMOUNT. The maximum amount of two hundred and fifty thousand euros (250,000.00 euros) will be allocated to the financing of this aid, which will be financed from the budget application 150020000 G/273A/48000/20150249/CAG0000001, of the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2025. 2.- The Maximum amount for annual aid will not exceed 12,000.00 euros per project and beneficiary FIFTH.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. 1. Applications, along with the rest of the required documentation, must be submitted electronically. The processing of applications, as well as access to all the information about the procedure, will be carried out through the general electronic access point https://www.juntaex.es/w/0638722, within the file corresponding to procedure 2. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days counting from the day following the publication of the call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es). SIXTH.- OTHER DATA. The Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports will make a single payment in advance during the fiscal year provided for in the call, being 100% of the total amount of the subsidy awarded once the granting resolution is published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es) after acceptance by the beneficiary entity of the subsidy granted.
