Beneficiaries a) Any person and/or family unit living together who is in a situation of socioeconomic difficulty and whose grant makes it possible to contain or prevent the worsening of the situation of deficiency may be beneficiaries of the aid. b) A profile of citizens with priority access is determined based on situations of vulnerability or social exclusion or, failing that and in compliance with article 30 of Law 13/2006, on social benefits of an economic nature, the people or family units that are responsible for minors. Second. Purpose The purpose of this regulation is to regulate social emergency economic benefits in the form of food, basic supplies for the home and housing, intended to meet social needs, as well as their granting procedure. Third.
