Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.eres/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries Neighborhood associations, confederations, federations or unions of neighborhood associations of Galicia, communities of water users duly registered in the corresponding public registry and associations of rural women of Galicia may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. Second. Purpose Expenses incurred as a result of investments made in properties owned by local residents or over which the applicant entity has a right of use by agreement or by any other title may be subsidized, as well as equipment necessary for its operation, all of which are aimed at fulfilling the purposes of the entity, and works on community water supplies. Third. Regulatory bases Order of December 30, 2024 establishing the regulatory bases and the call for subsidies for the year 2025, on a competitive basis, within the specific community action plan for neighborhood associations, confederations, federations or unions of neighborhood associations, communities of water users and rural women's associations in Galicia. Room. Amount For the granting of this aid, credit is allocated for a total amount of four million euros (€4,000,000.00), with the following initial distribution by subsidy line: Line Amount Line 1. Works 3,400,000.00 Line 2. Equipment 600,000.00 TOTAL 4,000,000.00 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of the order in the Official Gazette of Galicia. The last day of the deadline will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be understood to be extended to the first following business day and, if in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to that of publication, it will be understood that the period expires on the last day of the month.
