Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiary entities They may be beneficiaries of this aid: •Agrarian cooperatives. •Cooperatives for the use of common machinery (CUMA). •Community land exploitation cooperatives 5 years old or less. •SAT from the merger of at least two operations in the last 5 calendar years. Second. Purpose This order aims to establish the regulatory bases for the granting of aid under a competitive competition regime for the promotion of the use of agricultural machinery under an associative regime in Galicia. To this end, the following investments will be eligible for subsidies: a.Agricultural machinery. b.Technical-economic feasibility studies. The following will not be subsidized: a.The mere replacement or acquisition of second-hand or used machinery. b.VAT and other taxes. c. Investments in machinery or equipment related to the transformation and marketing of agricultural or forestry products, nor machines of small significance for the purposes of all the members of the group. d.Forest machinery and investments. e.Forage harvesters with intended use of less than 500 hours per year. f.The slurry application machinery using plate, fan or cannon systems. Third. Regulatory bases Order of December 20, 2024 establishing the regulatory bases for aid to promote the use of agricultural machinery under an associative regime in Galicia, financed with the European Union Recovery Instrument (EURI) within the framework of the PDR of Galicia 2014-2020, and are called for the year 2025 (procedure code MR351A). Room. Amount of aid The amount of aid to be granted to each beneficiary will be 35% of the eligible costs, which may be increased to a maximum of 50% depending on the application of the following criteria: ? 5% in the case of investments in areas with natural limitations or other specific limitations included in article 32 of Regulation (EU) 1305/2013. ? 10% in the case of collective investments, when the beneficiary comes from a merger. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is one month from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
