EXTRACT from the Order of December 27, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for the promotion and consolidation of self-employment through the Program of aid to self-employed workers for the indefinite hiring and training of salaried people, and calls for applications for the year 2025 (procedure code TR349F). BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiary entities Self-employed workers or professionals with registered and tax domicile in Galicia may be beneficiaries of the aid provided for in this order for the first, second and third contract they make on an indefinite basis. Second. Purpose The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases and to proceed with the call for the year 2025 of the incentives for initial indefinite hiring and for the training of unemployed people carried out by self-employed people or by professional people with registered and tax domicile in the Autonomous Community of Galicia in order to promote the consolidation of self-employment (procedure code TR349F). This program includes two types of mutually compatible aid: 1. Hiring bonus, through which a subsidy will be provided for the initial indefinite hiring of unemployed people. 2. Training bonus (optional), through which a subsidy will be provided for training actions aimed at workers whose contracts are subsidized by this order, in order to improve their knowledge and skills related to the job. Third. Regulatory bases Order of December 27, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for the promotion and consolidation of self-employment through the Program of aid to self-employed workers for the indefinite hiring and training of salaried people, and calls for applications for the year 2025 (procedure code TR349F). Room. Amount One million three hundred and fifty thousand euros (1,350,000 euros) are allocated for the granting of this aid. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The general deadline for submitting applications for the aid established in this order will begin on January 24, 2025 and will end on September 30, 2025.
