Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Natural persons of legal age residing in the municipality of Utiel prior to October 29, 2024, who are in any of the situations directly caused by the DANA dated October 29, 2024, in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory bases. Second. Purpose: Direct granting of aid to natural persons residing in the municipality of Utiel who have suffered damage caused by the floods that occurred on October 29 as a result of the rain and wind storm caused by DANA: a) In their habitual residence and in the furniture, fixtures and/or appliances located therein. b) In transport vehicles owned by them for private or professional use, including motorcycles and mopeds. c) In the facilities and assets of their economic activity that have led to the loss of the source of income with respect to natural persons with activity registered in the municipality in the municipality of Utiel. Third. Regulatory bases: Mayor's Resolution No. 119, of January 21, 2025, which calls for financial aid for individuals residing in Utiel affected by the floods suffered on October 29, 2024 in the municipality of Utiel. “Amancio Ortega Foundation”. They will be published through the National Subsidies Database, as well as on the Edict Board of the City Council's electronic headquarters (https://utiel.sedelectronica.es/info.0) and on its website (www.utiel.es). Room. Amount: The total amount of expenditure approved to meet the obligations that may arise from the granting of the corresponding aid amounts to 3,400,000.00 euros, charged to budget application 929.48900 of the Expense Budget of the Utiel City Council. The individualized amount to be received by the beneficiaries will be assigned as follows: I. Main residence, furniture, fixtures and/or appliances located therein a) 5,000 euros for damage to the habitual residence, whose main rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen) were located on the ground floor, including the fixtures, furniture and/or appliances located therein, when the home is not in habitable conditions in accordance with the municipal technical services. In the case of rented homes, 2,500 euros will be payable to the tenant for damages or loss of belongings, furniture and/or appliances. b) 3,000 euros for damage to the habitual residence, as well as to the belongings, furniture and/or appliances in it, outside the cases provided for in section a) above. In the case of rented homes, 1,500 euros will be payable to the tenant for damages or loss of belongings, furniture and/or appliances. The condition of beneficiary for concepts a) and b) above will require possession of title that certifies the legal occupation of the property. The property deed, usufruct, surface right or similar real rights will be admitted as a means of proof of ownership, depending on the case; the rental contract, bailment or similar legal transactions on possession; the ownership of receipts for taxes (such as IBI or garbage) or essential supplies (such as water and electricity) related to the property; others of a similar nature that demonstrate said legal resident status. II. Vehicles a) 1,000 euros in the event of a total loss of a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle or moped. b) 400 euros in the event of a total accident to a motorcycle. c) 300 euros in the event of a total accident of a moped. The condition of the damaged vehicle, motorcycle or moped will be that which is deduced from its record in the municipal census prepared by the municipal services, with the determinations indicated in Base 4.1.b) of the regulatory bases. III. Commercial premises on the ground floor in which an economic activity of an industrial, commercial or service nature was being carried out. 2,000 euros for damages, derived from DANA, in establishments on the ground floor located in Utiel, of an industrial, commercial or service type, in buildings or facilities, as well as losses derived from stockpiles, semi-finished products or equipment goods affected by the activity, in which an activity is carried out by natural persons (self-employed) registered for tax purposes and registered in Utiel, and said activity constitutes
